Prices Quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Accommodations and Cancellations are subject to a 9% Hotel tax.  All other services excluding Air Transfers are subject to a 12.5% sales tax.
Ramon’s Village does not charge a service charge.  We do encourage the tipping of our employees.
A deposit of $100.00 per room is due at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Once booking is confirmed, there will be a $20.00 charge for each change.
There will be a $50.00 per room cancellation fee if cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to arrival.
There will be a $100.00 cancellation fee per room if notice is received between 45 and 31 days prior to arrival.
There will be a $100.00 plus one night’s room rental cancellation fee if cancellation is received between 30 and 8 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival, there will be NO REFUND.
Unused Portions of accommodations, meals and activities are non-refundable.

Holiday Bookings – A deposit of $200.00, non-refundable, per room is due at time of booking with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
There will be a $200.00 plus one night’s room rental cancellation fee per room if notice is received between 45 and 31 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, there will be NO REFUND.
